Saw this on boing boing today and thought it was pretty interesting.  Bacn is technically from my perspective spam we sign up for.  Or at least email that we don’t mind getting if there weren’t some bug in the system that sent it multiple times.  Thats the problem that I have been having with Pownce of late.  Last night I got 10 emails from Pownce…  That’d be fine if it were all from new people wanting to follow but instead it came from only 3 people!

Other than that, not a whole lot is new.  I’ve decided not to go to the Ruby User group tonight.  I figure if I want to go there and its my first time going I should at least learn enough of Ruby to keep everything coherent in my own mind.  Additionally I’ve not progressed too much on looking for a new job.  I’m having a real crisis of what it is that I should go after.  I like the programming but the fact of the matter is I’m not really awesome at it and I wonder if I can live with just being decent at it.  Or whether or not I should pursue something more in the Project Management & Business Analysis space.  Or perhaps I’m really good at it and I just haven’t found my niche.  Perhaps if I were really jazzed about a project or working for a high energy company (which my current is not) things would work out better?
